Will the chatbot make things up?
It answers from your own website, files and notes, not the whole internet. When it doesn't know, it says so and takes the customer's details so you can follow up.

Do I need to change my website?
No. You paste a short snippet of code into your website, or our team can do it for you ($449 one-off inc. GSTUS$299 one-off, included on Business). It works on any website that lets you add code to every page, including WordPress and Shopify. On Wix and Squarespace, that depends on your plan.
Does it work on Facebook and Instagram?
Yes. Connect your Facebook Page and Instagram professional account, and the same chatbot answers your Messenger and Instagram DMs with the same knowledge as your website chat.
Can a real person take over a chat?
